My favorite thing about this internet thing is that I get to know people and learn about cultures from all over the world. And the more I learn how different we are, the more I’m convinced we are really all the same. For your consideration;

Of course, my favorite proverbs come from my own little corner of the world;

    While not a proverb, the one Texas phrase that has stuck with me all these years after leaving it is, “bigger’n Dallas”. My Florida students have no clue what I mean when I say it. LOL
